She has one daughter Amaya who is 2 and a half, and with her husband Chris own Innate Family Chiropractic in Pasadena, CA. She hasn’t stopped there! This year she launched a coaching business called Coffee & Mindset, two of her fav things as well as creating and designing affirmation cards called I am Me.

Dr. Nick Fanning is a full time dad and husband that shares his passion of parenting, life, and chiropractic in his home clinic in Ogallala, NE and his podcast, “The SuperParent Syndrome”

He has FIVE strong, independent, high-energy kids.  Hayden (8), Saffron (6), Deagan (6), Madelyn (4), and our newborn Gaia.  Along with three cats, his house is BUSY!

His wife of four years, Alisha helps him celebrate life with passions of yoga, foodie life, and all things “crunchy”.  She specializes in teaching kids yoga and organizing their crazy life.

Nick’s hobbies include: folding laundry, changing diapers, debating with children, date nights with the wife, meditation, and watching movies.

Today, I speak with an amazing women who I truly look up to. Dr. Erica Boland is a passion driven woman with four beautiful boys. She works as a Chiropractor alongside her husband, Kyle, in Southwest Wisconsin, is a BIRTHFIT Regional Director and the BIRTHFIT Professional Director, a doula, and a core and pelvic floor enthusiast. A gypsy soul with a wild heart, rooted in love, it is her mission to educate and empower women through transformation of current standards and bring light to the responsibility society has to better support women and families.

Hillary is a mother first (for the moment), a community herbalist, holistic nutritionist, wife to a ranch manager, and owner/creatress at Two Poppies Apothecary. Hillary recently relocated to remote, Southern Colorado for her husband’s job and to find quiet away from the noise.

She enjoys anything having to do with plants, riding horses, talking about pregnancy, talking about breastfeeding, grocery shopping, world travel, and cooking. She is currently trying to enjoy the beauty of the toddlerhood season with her little girl, Poppy and trying to figure out the hermit life while being a total social butterfly.

My very special guest Courtney Townley introduced me to podcasts when she had me on her show -Grace & Grit Podcast. It’s an absolute honor to host her on my show. We talk about how she got started with her coaching business, how self-care looks different at every age, and how to get started taking better care of yourself – which we can ALL do a better job of!

Courtney began working in the fitness industry over two decades ago when she transitioned from the professional dance world. Beauty in the Brokenness

Today we talk with Dr. Angela Lindenmuth Marick a chiropractor and coach. Since 2010, Dr. Angela Lindenmuth Marick has delivered high-quality chiropractic care to York families wishing to optimize their health and wellness.

Her practices emphasize a holistic and vitalistic approach to health care, lovingly applied in an environment of relaxation and rejuvenation. In May of 2016, Dr. Angela’s husband Josh passed away from a rare form of cancer.
It’s through this tragedy and her grief that her book – Beauty in the Brokenness: One Woman’s Voice was written.

Josh’s passing has put Dr. Angela on a new trajectory and we dive into that in this episode.
